The Photo@Home customer service is attainable via e-mail. Send your e-mail to We try to reply within the first 72 hours after receiving your e-mail.

You can order your desired products on our website. Edit your photo to your liking using the contrast and saturation sliders. Order the product you like and after we received your payment, we confirm your order via e-mail.

Price & Payment
You can find the current prices of all our articles in our webshop. The prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. You have various paying options available at checkout.

We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually we ship your order within 15 days. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you can cancel your order and you will get your money back.
Shipments within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. If an track&trace code is available we will send you an email as soon as we ship the order.

If your order is delivered in bad condition, please contact us via e-mail at Use your ordernumber in the e-mail header so we can help you as fast as possible. Please explain your issue as extensive as possible.

We only use your personal details for the processing of your order. We store your details for 6 months.
We do not sell your information to third parties, with the exception of the visited (attraction) park. You have the right to request your personal information, or request corrections or even the deletion of all your data.
We comply by all Dutch and European laws and regulations concerning privacy and the protection of your personal information. When we presume fraud or illegal use we will press charges against you.
